Day 15: Creative Cleansing

Today I decided to do the 2 week cleanse recommended on www.WomentoWomen.com.

and I decided to be creative with it and make substitutions like brown rice powder in my morning shakes instead of soy and rice puffs with oil and salt instead of popcorn.

Have fun making some creative cleansing substitutions in your normal eating routine today and let me know how it goes!
